Identification
Clear capture of applicant and boat data – including HIN/CIN, boat type and year built.
Uploads
Secure transmission of purchase contract, identity and conformity documents (PDF/JPG/PNG).
Tracking
Case number: view status, queries and documents at any time.
Boat data
HIN/CIN (hull identification number), boat type, length in metres, year built. Optionally boat name, flag or register entry.
Proof of ownership
Purchase contract or invoice. If there are several previous owners, please submit the complete chain of ownership.
Conformity
CE marking or declaration of conformity (DoC) if available.
Accepted files
PDF, JPG, PNG. Max. 10 MB per file. Multiple files per category possible.
